Graphic promoting Nautilus Biotechnology's participation in US HUPO 2023. The graphic reads "Join us at US HUPO 2023. March 4-8, 2023, Chicago IL, Booth 100."

We are very excited to participate in US HUPO 2023 in Chicago Illinois. Events like this give us the invaluable opportunity to chat with proteomics researchers doing amazing work that will advance our understanding of biology and enable the development of novel therapeutics, biomarkers, and more.

At US HUPO 2023, you’ll have the opportunity to hear from a variety of Nautilus leaders at our booth, presentations, posters, and lunch seminar, but, more than anything, we want to hear from you.

We’d love to learn what you hope to see in a next generation proteomics platform and how you plan to use proteomics in your research. We’ll be at Booth 100 and look forward to meeting you. If you cannot make it to the booth or to the conference in general, we always encourage you to reach out to us through our contact page.

Finally, we’re particularly excited to announce the winners of our First Access Challenge who will be some of the first researchers to test their biological samples on the Nautilus Proteome Analysis Platform.

Below we provide some additional details on the ways you can connect with us at the conference. We look forward to seeing you!

Presentations and poster sessions

You can take a deep dive into one of the early applications of our platform if you head over to Nautilus Associate Director of Applications, Greg Kapp’s presentation titled, “Exploring and Comparing the Landscape of Tau Proteoforms.” This is presentation #193 and will be on Monday, March 6th from 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM CT. You can learn a little more about this project right now by reading Greg’s recent blog post, “Proteomics could unlock how tau protein and Alzheimer’s are linked.”

To get some one-on-one time with our team members, be sure to stop by our posters where you’ll learn more about our methodology, it’s applications, and the development of the Nautilus Proteome Analysis Platform:

Monday, March 6

Poster #P1.13 “Detection and Quantification of Proteins Using Protein Identification by Short-epitope Mapping (PrISM)”

Parag Mallick, Ph.D., Nautilus Biotechnology

10:00AM – 11:30 AM CT

Tuesday, March 7

Poster #P1.14 “Lysate to Chip – Preparation of high-density and scalable protein arrays for single-molecule proteomic studies”

Parag Mallick, Ph.D., Nautilus Biotechnology

10:00 AM – 11:30 AM CT

Poster #P1.24 “Multi-Affinity Probe Development for Short-Epitope Mapping”

Sheri Wilcox, Ph.D., Nautilus Biotechnology

10:00 AM – 11:30 AM CT

Lunch seminar featuring Nautilus Founder and Chief Scientist Parag Mallick – “Unleashing the Proteome with Single-molecule Protein Identification by Short-epitope Mapping (PrISM)”

On Monday, March 6th from 1:00 PM – 2:00PM CT, Nautilus Founder and Chief Scientist Parag Mallick will host a seminar covering the methodology underpinning the Nautilus Proteome Analysis Platform, Protein identification by Short-Epitope Mapping (PrISM). PrISM is a novel single-molecule analysis method where intact proteins are immobilized and analyzed massively in parallel using non-traditional, multi-affinity probes. The probes create patterns of binding that allow for the identification and quantification of individual protein species molecule-by-molecule using machine learning. Join us to learn more about how PrISM provides a new tool for the quantitation of proteins and enables exploration of the proteome at unprecedented depth.

Schedule a meeting with the Nautilus team at US HUPO 2023

Finally, if you’d like to schedule a meeting with a Nautilus team member while you’re at US HUPO 2023, head over to our event page and fill out the form at the bottom of the page. A representative from Nautilus will reach out to schedule a meeting with you.
