February 12, 2026

US HUPO 2026 starts on February 21st in St. Louis! At the conference, we’re excited to share how Iterative Mapping is revealing critical aspects of the proteomic landscape that are invisible to other proteomics methods. In this blog post, we provide brief descriptions of our US HUPO 2026 events, and you can find more information as well as book 1-on-1 meetings with the Nautilus team through our US HUPO 2026 event page.

Lunch Seminar – Revealing the proteomic landscape with Iterative Mapping

At our lunch seminar, Professor Brigit Schilling Ph.D. from the Buck Institute for Research on Aging will take center stage to discuss how her lab is using Iterative Mapping to explore entirely new facets of tau biology that may be critical to understanding the protein’s roles in neurobiology, neurodegenerative disease, and aging.

To hear from Birgit and the Nautilus team now, watch our January 2026 webinar.

Nautilus Oral Presentations and Posters

In her oral presentation on Monday February 23rd, Nautilus VP of Scientific Engagement, Sheri Wilcox Ph.D., will discuss how we’re advancing proteomics through Iterative Mapping. Later, at her lightning talk, she’ll provide attendees with a sneak peek at our novel data, the Iterative Mapping Early Access Program, and more.

Nautilus Senior Director of Scientific Affairs, Andreas Huhmer Ph.D., and Nautilus Associate Director – Proteomics Analysis Services, Sonal Tonapi Ph.D., will share more about the benefits of using Iterative Mapping in your research. Andreas’ poster will cover some of the latest data to come off the Nautilus Platform through our collaborations, and Sonal will discuss the kind of data you can expect to generate through the Iterative Mapping Early Access Program.

Booth 25

Nautilus team members will be at Booth 25 throughout the conference to discuss:

  • The latest data generated with Iterative Mapping
  • What proteins attendees would like to study at the proteoform level
  • How attendees can join our Iterative Mapping Early Access Program
  • Any questions about Nautilus

We hope to see you at US HUPO 2026

We cannot wait to engage with members of the proteomics community at US HUPO 2026. Everyone on the Nautilus team always learns a ton at US HUPO, and we’re particularly excited to give this year’s attendees the opportunity to join our Iterative Mapping Early Access Program.

If you can’t make it to US HUPO 2026, be sure to reach out with any questions you have about Nautilus or sign up to receive our US HUPO 2026 data readout as soon as it’s ready.
