The NautilusTM Proteome Analysis Platform is designed to quantify proteins across the wide dynamic range of the proteome at the single-molecule level. By depositing single protein molecules on distinct landing pads on 10-billion landing pad arrays and interrogating the proteins with multi-affinity probes, we aim to provide unparalleled views into the depth and breadth of the proteome. In the video above, we describe how our platform is designed to conduct protein quantification using multi-affinity probe binding events that are translated into protein counts for rapid insight generation matching the scale of the proteome.
