Single-Molecule Proteomics
FIRST ACCESS CHALLENGE TEST

Want to access the Nautilus Proteome Analysis Platform before anyone else?

Reimagine what is possible in proteomics when you use Protein Identification by Short-epitope Mapping (PrISM) to easily and sensitively measure billions of undigested single-molecule proteins.

This is your opportunity to explore new areas of the proteome at massive scale.

Enter Nautilus Biotechnology’s Single-molecule Proteomics First Access Challenge to test 12 samples free of charge and be the first to access proteomic discovery in a new way.

For the three winners, Nautilus will:

  • Analyze 12 of your samples using the Nautilus Proteome Analysis Platform
  • Provide you with a final report of data from that analysis, in an easy to interpret format
  • Reimburse the winners travel expenses to present your interesting Nautilus data at a mutually agreed upon conference
  • Assist you in writing and submitting your Nautilus data in peer reviewed scientific journals

For more detailed information, please see the FAQs below.

The Nautilus Proteome Analysis Platform is currently under development and as such, the nature and timing of results from any analysis under the First Access Challenge are uncertain and not guaranteed.

Submit Your Abstract

Submissions close Friday, Feb 10th, 2023. Applications will be reviewed by the Nautilus Scientific Team and 3 winners will be announced at US HUPO in Chicago, IL March 4th-8th, 2023.

In less than 500 words, describe the experiment you would run if you could measure the proteome using PrISM on 12 samples. We recommend that you write this in advance and paste below.

In less than 250 words, describe the impact this research will provide in improving scientific knowledge, understanding disease or any other impact to the life science research community.
